Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions

A: Yes, feel free to contact us. Priority will be given to urgent lost email confirmation requests. Please allow up to 24 hours to get back to you. 

*If you need an answer sooner, please send a text message. It’s easier and faster to respond that way.

A: Please check your spam or junk folder. You might also search for an email from “Simple Practice” or “Blacupuncturist”.

*If you still can’t find it, please call (or text) the clinic at 520-609-0931 during business hours. After-hours calls/texts will be addressed the following business day.

A: Depending on your concern, you may receive needles while lying face up or face down. Please wear loose clothing. Pants should be able to roll up above the knee. Shirts should allow easy access to arms above the elbow and to the abdomen. Please be prepared to remove garments if your back, glutes or thighs require needles. You will be appropriately draped during the treatment.

A: While it would be a joy to speak with each individual person who calls, it is not manageable to maintain extended phone conversations while running a busy practice with a single provider. During business hours we are attending to clients on-site. Outside of business hours, Dr. Coleman is a wife, mother, educator, and contributing member of several community service-based organizations.

**Due to the dynamic nature of each individual, we prefer to meet each client personally to understand and determine how best to support you in your wellness quest.

A: We understand that things happen. There is a 15-minute grace period from your appointment start time. Over 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and pay the appointment fee. Late cancellations will also incur a fee.

A: No. At this time, insurance is not accepted at this practice.

A: Yes, I enjoy doing webinars and lectures on topics regarding nutritional and emotional health. Please use the contact form to submit a request for presentation.

A: Yes. Private treatment sessions, no double bookings, in a sanitary environment.

A: Yes. I am offering small group sessions for families and small work groups both on site and at pre-screened locations. I will travel to you (for groups of 5 to 10 people – within a reasonable distance after a brief interview and screening.
